Initial Phone Consultation

20 minutes, free

Free phone consultation to determine if I'm a good fit, or if I have any referrals to share. I usually ask about your goals for therapy, and I encourage potential clients to ask me any questions about my practice.

Individual Counseling

50 minute session, $145

80 minute session, $195

I offer mental health counseling for individual adults coping with anxiety, depression, adjustment-related issues, trauma and post-traumatic stress.

Specific areas of focus may include processing social anxiety, seasonal depression, childhood trauma, generational trauma, ongoing systemic and institutional trauma, spirituality and faith transitions, trauma from past domestic violence, and identity development.

Online sessions are available for clients in Oregon and Washington.

I reserve a few sliding scale spots for individuals experiencing financial hardship who are dedicated to attending therapy weekly. Please email me to check if a spot is available.

Payment is online using Stripe. Credit, debit and HSA cards are accepted.

I am not paneled with insurance at this time. Most insurance companies require a diagnosis that may remain on your permanent health record, which may affect the number of sessions you're able to receive for coverage. If your insurance accepts out-of-network providers, I can provide a receipt or superbill with a diagnosis code that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Effective January 2022, under the No Surprises Act, all clients who are uninsured or who do not plan on using their insurance benefits to pay for services are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" that outlines the estimated cost of services depending on frequency of sessions. This is designed to provide transparency and prevent surprise billing in non-emergency care settings.  If you have any questions, please contact me through email.

*Please note that I do not provide medical-legal reports, fitness-for-duty evaluations, court testimonies and court services, services to insurance companies, or letters for emotional support animals.*

Session Cancellation Policies

In order for counseling to be effective, it is important that you attend all scheduled appointments. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you are to not show without having given 24-hour notice for two or more appointments, you risk losing your appointment slot. The fee rate is waived for the first no-show, but each following no-show will be charged the session fee. Exceptions can be made for illness or emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
